TORONTO: Northern Lights
Direct Response Television has just launched a two-minute
direct response commercial for the new VividVu sunglasses
created by AboutFace Eyewear Marketing Corporation. The TV
spot highlights VividVu’s ability to eliminate glare
without darkening the user’s vision.
Ironically, says Ian French, President and Creative Director
of Northern Lights DRTV, “Many sunglasses actually darken
your vision, so you see less. VividVu sunglasses eliminate
glare without darkening your vision so you actually see more.
In the commercial we focused on communicating that message.”
The spot is currently being tested in select US markets and
it is expected to roll out nationally in late spring.
