Ian is President of Northern Lights. With his brother Sandy, Ian started Northern Lights over twenty years ago and built an agency that occupies a unique niche, executing DR campaigns that deliver a positive ROI and build brand.
A sought-after speaker and industry expert, Ian has written and spoken extensively on the subject of brand DR for such publications and organizations as the Direct Marketing Association, Response Magazine, Direct Marketing News, Marketing Magazine, Financial Services Marketing Symposium, The Electronic Retailing Association and Strategy Magazine.
