Ian is President and Executive Creative Director of Northern Lights Direct Response. Ian, with his brother Sandy, started Northern Lights over 20 years ago and built an agency that occupies a unique niche, executing DR campaigns that deliver a positive ROI and build brand.
A sought after speaker and industry expert, Ian has written and spoken extensively on the subject of brand-based direct response for such publications and organizations as the Direct Marketing Association, Response Magazine, Direct Marketing News, Marketing Magazine, Financial Services Marketing Symposium, The Electronic Retailing Association and Strategy Magazine. And in August 2005, Ian and Sandy were featured in the cover story for DRTV leading industry publication, Response Magazine, regarding Northern Lights' successful DR campaigns for Manulife Financial.
Ian states that as Executive Creative Director, his responsibility is to create DR campaigns that deliver a measurable return on our clients' investment while protecting his clients' most valuable asset - their brand.
